Homeowner Property Tax Relief Act Information (Act 72)

Pennsylvania's new Homeowner Property Tax Relief Act became law in July 2004.  It may provide property tax relief to resident homeowners in participating school districts.  Howeowners must comptete the Chester County Application for Homestead and Farmstead Exclusion to be eligible for property tax relief.
