Dear Prospective Seller,
Phoenixville Area High School’s Students with a Target (SWAT) will host an Indoor Craft & Yard Sale on Saturday, December 6, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to benefit Phoenixville resident Trey Love. Trey is the 2-year-old son of Phoenixville graduate Mike Love and his wife Missy.
Trey was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma in July of 2008, at the young age of 21 months.
Neuroblastoma is an extremely aggressive childhood cancer which attacks developing nerve cells throughout the body. Trey’s cancer began as a tumor in his left Adrenal Gland, and has metastasized behind his right eye, in his abdomen, and into his bone marrow. His treatments include five to six, 21-28
day cycles of chemotherapy, stem cell harvesting, invasive surgery, stem cell transplants, and chemo/radiation maintenance after the process is complete. These treatments will be performed at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and generally yield a 30-50% cure rate. In the coming year and a half, Trey and his parents will be spending a majority of their time in the hospital.
We are asking for your support. The donations received at this benefit will go directly to Trey and his family so that they can be together as Trey fights his cancer!

One space is 6x10 feet. The cost per space is $25, or 2 spaces for $40. A 10x3 table is available to you upon request.
When: Saturday, December 6, 2008 from 8am-2pm
Where: Phoenixville Area High School Cafeteria, using the Cafeteria Entrance doors
Unsold Merchandise: All unsold merchandise must be taken with you at the end of the event. Sellers are responsible for disposing of any unsold items. No items may be left at the school.
Additional Information: The cafeteria will be open for vendors to set up their space from 7pm to 9pm on Friday, December 5th as well as at 7am on Saturday December 6th. There are no electrical spaces. Items that may not be sold or brought include food or drink items, guns, knives, other weapons, animals, playing/singing of music, or adult reading/visual material. There will be no refunds of merchandise. In the event of a cancellation of the event, all sellers will be given a full refund. A 10-20% of your sales are kindly requested for donation towards Trey Love. No vendor may sell any soft drinks, name brand drinks, bottled water or food that is not produced/manufactured by your respected business.

Liability Release

Phoenixville Area High School or Phoenixville Area School District for any loss, injury, or damage to Vendor’s property or the Vendor’s employees, representatives, or agents due to fire, theft, accidents, or any cause whatsoever that may arise or occur in connection with their participation in the Indoor Sale being held on December 6, 2008 at Phoenixville Area High School in Phoenixville, PA.
Vendor hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold Phoenixville Area School District and Youth and Philanthropy harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with Vendor’s participation in the Event (meaning, without limitation, Vendor’s acts and omissions or the acts or omissions of Vendor’s employees, affiliates, or representatives) and any products and services provided by Vendor in connection with the event.
