PHOENIXVILLE AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT

• Approved 2008-2009 School Calendar  - At the February 21, 2008 Board Meeting, the Board of School Directors approved the 2008-2009 School Calendar, which includes Act 80 Days, Conference Days,Holidays, and a Snow/Emergency Make-up Schedule.  Please Note:  School will begin after Labor Day.  Thr first student day for 2008-2009 will be Tuesday, September 2, 2008. 

• Approved 2007-2008 School Calendar - 2nd Revision - At the October 18, 2007 Board Meeting, the Board of School Directors approved revisions to the 2007-2008 School Calendar, originally approved on February 16 and revised on June 21, 2007.  The 2nd revision of the calendar approved at the October 18, 2007 Board Meeting moves the May 9th Act 80 Day to May 2nd, which is the Friday of Relay For Life.  Also, the Primary Election Day is April 22, 2008; therefore, the April 18, 2008 Inservice--Act 80 Day was moved to correspond with the April 22nd Primary Election Day.
