Where: Pick up Registration forms at all Phoenixville Area Schools and the Civic Center (123 Main Street, Phoenixville, PA) or downloaded at www.phoenixvillerecdept.org or www.papaphx.org
Time: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Cost: $20 for Residents of Phoenixville and $35 for non-Residents
The Skill Assessment will be held Sunday, May 4, 2008 and Sunday, May 18, 2008. The schedule and locations are as follows:
Sunday, May 4th : Reservoir Park
10 & under 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
13 & under 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
16 & under 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 18th: Reservoir Park
10 & under 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
13 & under 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
16 & under 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
The first game is Sunday, June 15, 2008 at Reservoir Park, during the PAPA Annual Father’s Day Event.
Please make all checks payable to “Phoenixville Borough Recreation Department (PBRD).” Payments can be dropped off at the Civic Center or mailed to: PAPA, P.O. Box 193, Phoenixville, PA 19460.
