East Pikeland's

Compliment Program

This program helps us recognize the good acts and behavior of students.  Compliments are earned for a class when a student/class is recognized for actions that demonstrate respect, responsibility, friendship and citizenship. The program begins with a discussion on respect which is the first area of focus.  In each classroom teachers and students discuss what it looks like to be respectful in our school and in our community.  As the focus of the program changes discussions take place on the new area of focus.  At the end of each day the number of Compliments earned is announced to the students.
