"Phoenixville High: The Golden Years: 1930-1979 - Collected Memories and Memorabilia" - The Historical Society of the Phoenixville Area is excited to announce the opening of our new exhibit which will have its grand opening on Friday evening, March 5, 2010 at 6:00 PM at the Society's headquarters located at 204 Church Street in Phoenixville, PA.  It will coincide with other First Friday events occurring in Phoenixville. The exhibit is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be served. The exhibit will run through May 30th, and will be available when the museum is open which is Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, and the first Sunday of each month from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Multi-Class Reunion Survey - recently inquiries have been received from Alumni who may be willing to attend a multi-class reunion due to the rising cost of travel. There is a link below to a survey located on the Phoenixville Alumni Website. Class of 1997 - 10th year reunion - I would like to send an announcement in regard to a potential 10 year reunion for the class of 1997. I am not sure if there was an expectation for me to plan the reunion, but I wanted to let anyone know that I will not be in the area at all to plan for this reunion next year. Reunion Follow-ups:

Class of 1986 - The Class of 1986, held there 20th Reunion at the Moon Saloon in Phoenixville on November 25,2006. We also had a handful a NCCTS 1986 attending. The contact person for this class is Jamie Sanchez at jam6886@comcast.net 

Class of 1969 - The PAHS Class of 1969 Reunion was held at the Oaks Fire Company on the evening of Saturday, July 16th, 2005. There was also a get-together at the Sly Fox in Royersford on Friday evening, the 15th, that everyone enjoyed also. Thanks to the electronic age, we were able to locate people from far and wide. Classmates came from the tri-state area along with those who traveled from Florida, Georgia and even Idaho. Approximately 60 people were there on Friday night, while only 40 were able to attend on Saturday.Everyone had a great time meeting everyone again, especially those who were unable to attend prior reunions. Plans have already started for our 40th reunion to be held in 2009. Any and all suggestions will be considered and later placed online for a vote. Class of 1974 - The celebration of the Phoenixville High School Class of 1974 30th Reunion took place on Saturday, Sep 11, 2004 at Friendship Field, Franklin and Fillmore Sts, Phoenixville, PA 19460. A casual picnic was enjoyed by the 90+ attendees from as near as Phoenixville and as far as California. A keepsake DVD was created with photos, videos, and messages from the alumni and friends.
