The second-round/shot vaccination clinics for those students who received the first shot dates have been consolidated to the following dates/times:
SECOND SHOT- Dates/Locations:
Thursday, December 2nd
Location: PAELC/Manavon Gymnasium*
Time: 5:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.
Thursday, December 9th
Location: Schuylkill Elementary School Gymnasium*

*Please choose whichever date/location is most convenient for you
**A shuttle bus will be available every 15 min. from Barkley Elementary School to Schuylkill Elementary School. Shuttle pick-up will be on 3rd Ave. side of Barkley Elementary

DETAILS:
•The clinics are open to all Phoenixville area children age 5-11
•The vaccine to be distributed will be the Pfizer vaccine
•Parents with children at multiple schools may sign-up for the one location
•Parents with multiple children should sign-up at the location of their youngest child
•High School student volunteers from the National Honor Society will be on hand to assist and make students feel comfortable with games, entertainment, etc.
•Pediatric care-certified paramedics and EMTs from West End Ambulance will be on site at each clinic
•We are allotting 6-10 minutes per student
•The clinic is not open to other family members
No “walk-ups” are permitted

The Phoenixville Area School District, in partnership with Gateway Pharmacy, Phoenixville Hospital, Phoenixville Emergency Management, Phoenixville Office of the Mayor, Valley Forge Fire Company, and West-End Ambulance are pleased to provide vaccination clinics for students ages 5 through 11 in the Phoenixville Community.
