You are entitled to receive a written explanation of your rights with regard to the audit, appeal, enforcement, refund, and collection of certain local taxes by contacting the District at 484-927-5000 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Upon receiving a request from you, the District will give you a copy of the Disclosure Statement at no charge.
