Community Announcements

PASD is happy to share two newsletters designed to keep the Phoenixville community informed of district events and happenings as well as share community events with our families. The Community Connections newsletter shares news and events with the broader Phoenixville community. Community Connections is published twice a month on the first and third Wednesday of each month. Phantom News - Community Edition provides updates on district events, municipal news, and school board updates and is published second and fourth Friday of each month. Community members can subscribe to receive email and text update to both newsletters:
  • For PASD families and staff, login to Parent Square, click on Groups (under participate) and click JOIN next to the channel you would like to join.
  • For community members who do not have children in the district or work for PASD, use the button below to subscribe.

Submission Guidelines - Community Connections

  • All submissions must be received at least two weeks prior to the publication date. Community Connections is published the first and third Wednesday of each month.
  • No PDFs will be accepted and no submissions will be accepted via email. Please use the submission portal linked below. 
  • All fields must be completed.
  • PASD reserves the right to deny publication of announcements that do not fit our criteria or oppose the district's mission.
  • Who can submit:
    • PASD Booster clubs & HSAs
    • PASD extracurricular clubs
    • Phoenixville non-profits
    • Municipal departments from the Borough of Phoenixville, East Pikeland Township, and Schuylkill Township
    • We are unable to post advertisements from for-profit businesses.
