In order to help expedite the Volunteer Clearance process, the District is moving to electronic submission of all forms for volunteers. This new process will allow a volunteer to apply once for all school buildings in which they plan to volunteer. As a reminder, all parents or residents who would like to volunteer in any capacity with the Phoenixville Area School District must fill out the volunteer application annually. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR APPLICATION MUST BE BOARD APPROVED BEFORE ANY VOLUNTEERING CAN TAKE PLACE. We accept electronic applications until the Monday before a board meeting. Board Meeting Schedule
