New this year!
Scheduling for conferences depends on your child’s grade level and teacher assignments. Please read carefully as the format has changed for some grade levels.
Grades K-1: Families have access to sign up for conferences with homeroom teachers, and if applicable, ELD and/or special education case manager.
Grades 2–6: Families have access to sign up for conferences with ELA teachers, and if applicable, ELD and/or special education case manager. If you schedule a conference with your child’s ELA teacher, the Math teacher will also be at your conference.
Grades 7–8:
•Monday: Families have access to schedule team conferences through your child's Social Studies teacher. All members of your child’s core instruction team will be present for this team conference. Families may also schedule individual conferences with mixed media, ELD, and/or special education case managers.
•Tuesday: Families have access to schedule individual teacher conferences with any of your child’s teachers.
Grades 9–12: Families have access to schedule conferences with individual teachers based on course assignments in Qmlativ.
If you do not have access to Qmlativ or if you have any questions, please contact your child’s school. We look forward to seeing you in-person or virtually very soon!
