Dear PASD Families,
We always look forward to connecting with you during the Family-Teacher Conferences windows. We invite you to schedule time to discuss your child’s progress during conference times on February 12-13. Please note that your child’s elementary homeroom teacher or secondary subject-area teacher will reach out to you directly if they feel a conference is necessary based on academic or social-emotional needs.
Important Dates
Friday, January 16: Marking Period 2 ends
Friday, January 23 (4 p.m.): Conference scheduling opens in Qmlativ (directions found below)
Friday, January 30: Report Cards available in Qmlativ
Friday, February 6: Conference scheduling closes in Qmlativ at 9 am
Thursday, February 12: Half Day for Students; Family-Teacher Conferences (see schedule below) (Secondary dismissal at 11 a.m., Elementary dismissal at 11:45 a.m.)
Friday, February 13: Family-Teacher Conferences (see schedule below)
Friday, February 13 - Monday, February 16: No School for Students
Conference Details
Elementary conferences can be scheduled in Qmlativ with homeroom teachers, who will provide information about progress in other classes. Secondary conferences can be scheduled with any teacher in Qmlativ.
Thursday, February 12:
Half Day for Students
Grades 7-12 conferences in-person or virtual: 12-6:15, with dinner break from 4:20-5:40
Grades K-6 conferences in-person or virtual: 1-7:15, with dinner break from 4:20-5:40
Friday, February 13
No School for Students
Conferences held
virtually only from 8:00 am-11 am
