Instructions to access the Method of Selection form for the 2021-2022 school year
1.Log into Skyward Family Access.
2. At the top of the page click the link to fill out online form. There is a separate link for each child in the household.
*For best results click on “View Full Screen”
3.Choose your selection (either in person or all virtual) from the drop down box
4.Once you have made your selection, click on the Complete Step 1 only button:
5. Then click on Complete 21-22 MOI Selection
6. Click on the Submit button to submit your form:
7. Go back to the home screen and repeat process for any additional child(ren) in your household.
