Special Meeting of the PASD Board of School Directors
July 28, 2026 at 6:00p.m.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Phoenixville Area School District Board of School Directors will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in a virtual format.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to finalize the 2026–2027 Strategic Plan and Superintendent Goals, and to approve the most recent Personnel Report, along with any other business that may properly come before the Board.
Members of the public wishing to attend must pre-register in advance to receive the meeting access link and to request an opportunity for public comment. Registration for public comment will close on July 28, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Please note the chat feature will NOT be used for public comment.
Public Comment Procedures:
Public comment is limited to three (3) minutes per speaker. Due to the virtual format of this meeting, all individuals wishing to provide public comment must pre-register prior to the deadline stated above.
Public comment on any school-related topic will occur at the beginning of the meeting at 6:00 p.m. Registered speakers will be unmuted by a meeting moderator, and video cameras for speakers will be activated during their comment period.
