Tech Support

technologyThe PASD Technology Department will be providing live onsite tech support for District issued laptops. Techs will be available at the District Administration Building (386 City Line Ave.)

Thursdays 3:00 to 4:30 PM

Upon arrival text 610-960-4803. A tech support person will answer with further instructions.

If a parent or student cannot make any of the scheduled hours please call 484-927-5078 or use this form to submit a ticket for technology help.

If you are experiencing difficulties with a mouse, keyboard or headphones, please be sure to bring them with you along with the laptop.

Laptop Pick Up

To ensure success for all of our students, the District has made a commitment for every student to have a laptop/device for use at home and when we return to in-person instruction.  

We need YOU to let us know if your child(ren) will be using a district-provided device or if you would prefer they use their own personal device. For best viewing of the form, please click on "View Full Screen" button in the top right corner of the form.

1. Please go to your Skyward Family Access Account.
2. Select Online Forms from the menu on the left side of the screen.
3. A box with each student’s name will open. Click fill out form.
A separate form will need to be filled out for each student in the household.

You will be contacted when your laptop is ready. Please do not come before you have been contacted.
