Summer Math Information

All Students Entering Grades 1-10

Phoenixville Area School District educators value instruction and independent practice that is targeted toward each student’s learning level for personalization of learning, accessibility, and optimal growth. Exact Path is a tool that provides a learning path, instruction, feedback, and assessment unique to each student. Studies indicate that students who complete 8 lessons in Exact Path make statistically significant academic gains in achievement.

Students entering grades 1-10 are expected to complete a minimum 40 minutes per week on their Math Exact Path learning path with a goal of completing 4 skills per subject area.

Students should conduct this work between June 10th and July 31st. Exact Path will be undergoing system rollover and maintenance and will not be accessible in August.

Students should complete the Exact Path log sheet to be returned in August.

*Note:
Students entering Geometry should complete the Math Packets below.  Exact Path will also be available to these students for extra practice and prepare for the Algebra 1 Keystone if they have not scored proficient.
Students in these grade levels who have successfully completed Geometry are not required to complete the math portion of this summer work.
