Dr. Kate Pacitto serves as the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning and Pupil Services at PASD, where she is dedicated to fostering student success through innovative curriculum development and comprehensive support services. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Delaware, a master’s degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology from West Chester University, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University. Dr. Pacitto is committed to creating inclusive, student-centered learning environments that empower both educators and learners to thrive.

Danielle Colley is the Elementary Supervisor of Special Education for PAELC, Manavon, Schuylkill and Barkley, PASA Coordinator and Early Intervention Coordinator. She started her career in Upper Darby School District as a middle school Learning Support teacher. Danielle joined the Phoenixville Area School District in 2016 as an Autistic Support teacher at PAMS and then joined the high school staff in 2022 as a Learning Support teacher.

Holly Pettine is the Supervisor of Special Education for PAHS and all related services. Holly is also responsible for the district state reporting. She started her career in Norristown School District as a middle school Learning Support teacher, then transitioned to Neshaminy School District followed by North Penn School district servicing the same. During her time in North Penn School District, Holly also was the inclusion specialist for low incidence students in elementary school. Holly began her administrative career in Avon Grove School District as the K-12 Supervisor of Special Education, transitioning to Phoenixville, in her current role, in 2015. Prior to the 2024-2025 school year, Mrs. Pettine served both PAHS and PAMS as the Supervisor of Special Education

Dr. Christine Skonieczny has been the district Supervisor of Pupil Services for 4 years, an assistant principal at the middle school for 3 years and 1 year at the high school. Prior to her working with PASD she was the department chair as a school counselor within the Great Valley school district, and director and mental health services facilitator of a partial hospitalization program with the Chester County Intermediate Unit. Living her childhood in Brazil, she is fluent in Portuguese.
