PASD Student Registration

Welcome to the Phoenixville Area School District Family. We are excited that your child's academic career will begin with us! PASD utilizes a central registration system for all new students. Parents are asked to complete the process below.

Registration

All children who live within the PASD boundaries and will be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2025 are eligible and welcome to register for Kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.

Documentation
You will need the following documents to complete registration. To expedite the registration process, we encourage you to digitally upload your documents to the registration application.

1. State Issued Birth Certificate

2. Record of Immunizations: The Pennsylvania School Code requires all children to be fully immunized before they can attend school. This requirement helps ensure the health and safety of all students.

3. Medical Exams
Physical and Dental exams must be dated between August 20, 2024 and August 19, 2025. These forms are required for all new students and can be dropped off at your child’s school building when complete.

4. Proof of Residency – two of the following

• Copy of Deed
• Mortgage or Lease Papers
• Utility Bill

5. Parent’s/Guardian’s Legally Approved Photo ID
• Driver License
• Passport
• Country State ID

5. Custody Papers (if applicable)

Registration Process

Please choose from one of the options highlighted in yellow below and follow the directions.

New Family to PASD OR

• If you are NEW to PASD or registering for Kindergarten and you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please use this link to register a new student.

Already Have Children in PASD

• If you already have a student enrolled in PASD and you need to enroll another child for K-12, please login to Skyward Qmlativ and select "New Student Enrollment" to begin the process.

• When you have completed the registration form, you may edit or print it. Finally, click the “Submit Application” button.

Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by our registration department.

If an appointment is needed, please bring with you the required documents if you did not digitally upload them during the registration process.

The Migrant Education Program has set up a system to identify students who may be eligible for supplemental educational services. Please complete this form.

• Computers are available for your use in the District Administration Building Lobby
• Interpreters are available upon request
