Welcome to the Phoenixville Area School District Family.  We are excited that your child's academic career will begin with us.



PASD utilizes a central registration system for all new students.  Parents are asked to complete the process below.

Please note - All children who live within the PASD boundaries and will be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2024 are eligible and welcome to register for Kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.

Documentation Needed for Registration

• You will need the following documents to complete registration.  To expedite the registration process, we encourage you to digitally upload your documents to the registration application.

1. State Issued Birth Certificate
2. Record of Immunizations (If you are registering a kindergarten student and they have not had their 5-year-old exam/vaccines, please submit the most recent vaccination record.  You can send an updated record as soon as you have it.  Most doctors’ offices will fax a child’s record upon your request. Records can be faxed to: Nancy Marsh 610-933-3189 or emailed to [email protected])

3. Proof of Residency – two of the following
students
           • Copy of Deed
           • Mortgage or Lease Papers
           • Utility Bill

4. Parent’s/Guardian’s Legally Approved Photo ID 
           • Driver License
           • Passport
           • Country State ID

5. Custody Papers (if applicable)

Registration Process

Please choose from one of the options highlighted in yellow below and follow the directions.

New Family to PASD    OR 

• If you are NEW to PASD or registering for Kindergarten and you do not have a Skyward Family Access account, please click to request a Skyward Family Access account and follow these steps.

1. Complete the Account Request form
2. On the bottom left, click "Click here to submit account request" (orange button)
3. An email will be sent to the email address you provided
4. Open your email and note your login and password (5-digit code)
5. Click on the enrollment link and log in
6. You will now be directed to the application form

Already Have Children in PASD

• If you already have a student enrolled in PASD and you need to enroll another child for K-12, please log in to your Skyward Family Access account and click on the “New Student Enrollment” tab at the top left to enter this new student’s information.

• When you have completed the registration form, you may edit or print it.  Finally, click the “Submit Application” button.

Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted by our registration department.

• Medical Exams
Physical (Eng) Physical (Span) and Dental exams must be dated between August 20, 2023 and August 19, 2024. These forms are required for all new students and can be dropped off at your child’s school building when complete.

• Migrant Students
The Migrant Education Program has set up a system to identify students who may be eligible for supplemental educational services.  Please complete this form.

• Computers are available for your use in the District Administration Building Lobby
• Interpreters are available upon request
