**VACCINE CLINIC RESCHEDULED**
Due to the uncertainty of the weather this weekend, the vaccine clinic originally being held on Saturday, 1/29, at the Phoenixville Area Middle School is being rescheduled for next Saturday, 2/5, from 12p-3p at the same location.
All appointments will be moved forward. If you are scheduled for a shot, you’ll receive an email with the new date and time.
For those of you who were receiving your second dose of the vaccine, not to worry! You’re still well within the 42-day window to get shot #2.
If you are unable to come to the rescheduled clinic, please follow the instructions in your appointment email.
When: Saturday, Feb. 5
th from 12:00-3:00 p.m.
Where: Phoenixville Area Middle School Gym
- This clinic is open to everyone in the Phoenixville area, ages 12+. (Pfizer: 12+, Moderna: 18+ only)
- Masks are mandatory.
- Do not come for your appointment if you are feeling sick or if you have tested positive for Covid.

- You will not be admitted without an appointment.
- An appointment must be scheduled for each person.
- Appointments for the Moderna booster are limited.
- Bring your vaccine card.
- Plan to stay for a 15-minute observation period; 30 minutes if you have allergies to food or medication.
- If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please cancel it using the instructions in the email you will receive so we can open your appointment for someone else.
