PASD Student Registration

Welcome to the Phoenixville Area School District Family. We are excited that your child's academic career will begin with us! PASD utilizes a central registration system for all new students. Parents are asked to complete the process below.

Before We Begin...

Eligibility

All children who live within the PASD boundaries and will be 5 years old on or before September 30, 2026 are eligible and welcome to register for Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year.

Documentation

You will need the following documents to complete registration. To expedite the process, we encourage you to digitally upload your documents to the registration application. Please note: All families must complete these steps. Early Intervention meetings are only one step in the registration process.

State Issued Birth Certificate
Record of Immunizations: The Pennsylvania School Code requires all children to be fully immunized before they can attend school. This requirement helps ensure the health and safety of all students.
Medical Exams
Physical and Dental exams must be dated between August 24, 2025 and August 23, 2026.
- Physical Exam – PA Department of Health
- Dental Exam – PA Department of Health
Proof of Residency – two of the following:
- Copy of Deed
- Mortgage or Lease Papers
- Utility Bill
Parent’s/Guardian’s Legally Approved Photo ID
- Driver License
- Passport
- Country/State ID
Custody Documentation (if applicable)

Registration Steps

1. Choose option A or B and follow the directions.

A. You are New Family to PASD or Registering for Kindergarten

link to create a Skyward account and begin your enrollment application.

B. You Already have Students Enrolled in PASD

2. Enrollment: After accessing your Skyward account, select the correct enrollment tile to ensure you are registering for the correct school year.

3. Submit: Complete all enrollment forms in Skyward, then click the green “Submit Form” button.

After you submit your application, our registration department will contact you to confirm registration or request any missing information.

If an appointment is needed, please bring the required documents with you if you did not upload them during the registration process.

Migrant Students
The Migrant Education Program has set up a system to identify students who may be eligible for supplemental educational services. Please complete this migrant referral form.

Additional Services
• A computer is available for your use in the District Administration Building lobby
• Interpreters are available upon request
